Childrens Workshop

Diana presented a mindfulness workshop to a group of  year 6 children in their school.  They were aged 10 and 11. The workshop gave the children an experience of guided meditation and relaxation with a proper breathing exercise. Other exercises include mindful eating, an attitude of gratitude, becoming aware of energy and emotion and using a personalised pebble as an anchor to feeling good.
